Delete your Domus account

Domus (getdomus.app), operated by RegAtlas, LLC, lets you delete your account and its data at any time. You can do this two ways.

Delete individual data yourself

In the app or on the web, you can remove any individual item without deleting your whole account — open an appliance, document, maintenance task, insurance policy, or other record and choose Delete. It's removed immediately.

Delete your entire account

To permanently delete your Domus account and all associated data:

  1. Email support@getdomus.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account."
  2. We verify the request comes from your account's email address.
  3. Your account and data are permanently deleted from our production systems within 7 days.

What is deleted

Everything associated with your account: your name and email address, every property, and all content you added — appliances, documents, photos, receipts, maintenance schedules, insurance and warranty details, and filter records.

What is kept, and for how long

After deletion from production systems, residual copies in encrypted backups age out and are permanently erased within 30 days. We do not retain your content beyond that. We may keep minimal transaction records only where required by law (for example, tax records for paid subscriptions).
