How is this different from the maintenance module in my PM software?
Your PM tool handles reactive work orders — a tenant reports an issue, a vendor fixes it. Domus handles the asset itself over its whole life: what it is, its warranty, its service history, and when it's due for replacement. They're complementary — Domus is the asset layer your PM and accounting tools don't have.
Do I have to re-enter everything?
No — that's the point. Snap each appliance's data plate and AI fills the model, serial, and details. It's the only way asset tracking is realistic at portfolio scale, and it's why spreadsheets always go stale.
Does it connect to my accounting or PM system?
Integrations (QuickBooks, Xero, Stessa, and PM platforms) are in active development via Zapier, so a logged appliance purchase can flow straight into Domus as a tracked asset. Tell us what you use and we'll prioritize it.
