Terms of Service

1. Agreement
Domus (getdomus.app) is a home-management service operated by RegAtlas, LLC ("Domus," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use Domus.
2. The service
Domus lets you record and manage information about your home — appliances, documents, maintenance schedules, warranties, insurance, and related details — across web and mobile apps. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Notify us at support@getdomus.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your content
The documents, photos, and home details you add are yours. You grant Domus a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you (including AI features that read your documents to extract and organize details). You can export or delete your content at any time.
5. AI assistants and connectors
Domus offers a connector (an MCP server) that lets AI assistants you choose — such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini — view and update your home data on your behalf. You control which assistants you connect and can revoke access at any time in Domus → AI Assistants. Actions those assistants take through the connector are treated as authorized by you. Read-only tokens are available if you prefer look-ups only.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Domus to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or access data that isn't yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Third-party services
Domus relies on third parties to operate — for example, payment processing (Stripe) and file storage. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. Domus is not responsible for third-party services or for AI assistants you connect.
8. Not professional advice
Domus and its AI features are informational tools to help you organize your home. They are not a substitute for professional inspection, legal, financial, insurance, or contractor advice. Verify important decisions with a qualified professional.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RegAtlas, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you use Domus for free).
10. Termination
You may stop using Domus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You can export your data before deleting your account.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
